| In its time the King’s Head has been combined with a Posting House and surprisingly, an Excise Office. It has recently undergone a sympathetic refurbishment of the bar, restaurant and the 23 letting bedrooms.
For business events and special occasions, The Royal Coach House conference room, located in the rear courtyard of The Kings Head Hotel, is the perfect venue. The room is beautifully furnished and offers all the state-of-the-art equipment in conjunction with private washroom facilities and a utility kitchen; it has an external private entrance and is also licensed to hold civil weddings. It has a capacity of 25 people.

There is a pub next to Harrogate Hill Lodge. The pub has a bar and garden and offers tasty food.
